Diversified oilfield service provider Quintana Energy Services Inc. filed an amended S-1 this week for their $160mm IPO.

The company operates a diverse roll up of product service lines consisting of directional drilling, pressure pumping (209k frac HHP), pressure control, and wireline services. From Mid-Con roots, Quintana’s footprint has spread across all active major onshore oil and gas basins in the US.
